05-11-2009 Temati trains and certifies Ergon NV
Finnish company Wärtsilä is locating much of its activities in Kampen and the new to build premises will be
the centre of this. A stand still due to incidents, such as fires is no option. Therefore safety requirements are high, for instance for the fire protective partition walls.
Betonindustrie Ergon NV, Lier, Belgium has been awarded this project. Ergon has selected C500X FR
jointfiller to do the job. Ergon personnel have been trained by Temati in professional use of the fire
protective products of PFC-Corofil. After both theoretical and practical training and passing the examination
all participants received their certificate.
November 2nd the first fillings were applied, carefully monitered by Ronald Neutel (civil engineer of Wärtislä)
and Georges Sacre (Abetec NV Architects & Engineers). Temati product manager Bart Smit was also present
to assist in the kick-off of the project. Since the people from Ergon were well trained and well prepared they
were able to come up with the right solution for ‘too’ small joints and best position of the C500X in deep
fillings.
Temati congratulates Ergon on a job well done!
